About MarifeX
A young company with a long head start.
MarifeX is new. The people who started it are not. We have spent ten years inside GLPI, Zabbix and Metabase, and we started MarifeX to do that work properly and give some of it back.
Our story
Built from the projects we kept seeing.
Over ten years of implementing, upgrading and fixing open-source platforms for IT teams, the same pattern came up again and again. Organisations chose GLPI, Zabbix and Metabase for good reasons: control, transparency and no licence lock-in. Then they struggled to get the value out of them.
Service desks were built from a blank install. Monitoring raised so many alerts that people stopped reading them. Reports were rebuilt by hand every month because nobody trusted the dashboards. None of it was the fault of the software. It needed people who knew it from the inside.
That is why MarifeX exists. We design, deploy and support these platforms, connect them into one service operation, and build the products that make GLPI faster to adopt.

Everything we build and run sits on software that thousands of people wrote and shared. When we find a bug in GLPI, we fix it at the source and send the fix to the project. Security findings go privately to the maintainers first, so they are fixed before anyone can misuse them.
