This notice explains what personal data MarifeX Technologies collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
MarifeX Technologies ("MarifeX", "we") is headquartered in Navi Mumbai, India. For anything about your data, write to info@marifextech.com.
What we collect
- When you contact us. The name, email address, company, topic and message you enter in the contact form, or whatever you include when you email us directly.
- When you visit. Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as pages viewed, the referring site and the country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The site does not use cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser, and that setting never leaves your device.
Why we use it
We use contact details only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. We use visit statistics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the visit statistics.
- FormSubmit delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
These providers may process data outside India. They act on our behalf and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our business conversations, and then delete them. If we go on to work together, project records are kept for the period our agreement and the law require.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also raise a grievance with us. Write to info@marifextech.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
