Features

What it does.

  • Tickets

Create, filter and act on tickets with swipe actions and offline queueing.

  • Assets

Search computers, monitors and network gear, or scan a barcode to open the record.

  • Problems

Root-cause investigations linked to the tickets that raised them.

  • Knowledge base

Browse articles and FAQs, and attach an article as a ticket solution.

  • Planning

Day, week and month views of tasks and events from GLPI planning.

  • Role dashboards

Self-service, technician and supervisor views, each showing what that person needs.

  • Offline first

Work without a connection; changes sync automatically when the device is back online.

  • One-scan setup

A branded QR code fills in the GLPI server address, so users never type it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can we publish it under our own name?

Yes. Sanad is white-label ready: app name, icon, colours, login screen and store listing can all carry your brand.

Does it need anything installed on GLPI?

It connects through the GLPI API, so the API needs to be enabled and reachable from the devices. We help you set that up securely.

What happens when a technician loses signal?

They keep working. Actions are queued on the device and sent to GLPI when the connection returns.
